What We Need
The opportunity exists for somebody to join our growing team who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, willing to learn and has fantastic customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Actively engage with customers

  • Respond to inquiries and provide quotes

Inventory Management

  • Ordering, shipping and receiving product

  • Admin paperwork

General Help

  • Merchandising and shop upkeep

  • Assisting with installs and errands

Position Details

  • Full-time position available immediately

  • Hours are 9-5, Tues–Sat (the odd Sunday may be required for trade shows)

  • Wage competitive and commensurate with experience and skill

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Great attitude and willing to learn

  • Customer service experience (phone/in-person)

  • Computer skills (point of sale, inventory management)

  • Excellent verbal and written skills (generating quotes, replying to inquires)

  • Valid driver’s licence with acceptable abstract

  • Attention to detail

  • Clean criminal record check

  • Able to lift 50+ pounds

Huge Pluses (though not required)

  • Jeep and/or Toyota off-road knowledge and experience

  • First Aid Certification

  • Food Safe Certification

  • Know multiple languages (such as Mandarin, Cantonese or simplified Chinese)
